Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide further instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Opened or used beauty/skincare products
- Items marked as final sale
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, first check with your bank or credit card provider. Still nothing? Contact us and we’ll assist you right away.
